For Sale: Praga Bohema – Road-Legal Prototype Engineering for the Serious Track Driver

A Hypercar Built Around Lap-Time Logic

The Praga Bohema is not a conventional luxury hypercar with track credentials added afterwards. It is a road-legal performance machine developed from the opposite direction: a lightweight, aerodynamically efficient, race-bred platform refined just enough to be usable beyond the circuit. The result is a car that feels closer to a private prototype racer than to a traditional supercar.

This particular Praga Bohema is positioned for the driver who values direct response, mechanical clarity and real aerodynamic load. It is not defined by theatrical excess, but by the rare combination of low mass, high downforce, carbon construction and genuine circuit capability.

    700 bhp in a Sub-Tonne Philosophy

At the heart of the Bohema sits Praga’s 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6, developed in cooperation with Litchfield Engineering and configured for durability, response and repeatable performance. The powertrain produces 700 bhp and 725 Nm of torque, delivered through a lightweight motorsport-focused drivetrain package.

Instead of chasing unnecessary headline figures, Praga focused on the relationship between power, weight and aero efficiency. With a target weight around 1,000 kg, the Bohema delivers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio and a level of agility that heavier hypercars cannot replicate, no matter how much horsepower they produce.

    Wind-Tunnel Developed Aerodynamics

The Bohema’s aerodynamic package is central to its identity. Its carbon-fiber bodywork has been shaped for high-speed stability, airflow management and cornering performance, generating up to 900 kg of downforce at 250 km/h. This gives the car the physical confidence and grip progression expected from serious track machinery.

Every opening, surface, channel and wing element has a functional reason. The design is dramatic, but it is not decoration. It is the visible result of a car engineered to carry speed through corners, brake later, rotate cleanly and stay composed under sustained load.

    Carbon Monocoque & Sequential Transmission

The Bohema is built around a carbon-composite monocoque with carbon-fiber body panels and a rear-mounted structural frame. This construction provides the stiffness and safety required for serious performance use while supporting the extreme weight discipline at the core of the car’s concept.

The engine is paired with a Hewland six-speed sequential gearbox with paddle-shift operation, giving the driver a far more focused interaction than a conventional road-car transmission. The shift feel, drivetrain response and overall mechanical character are closer to competition engineering than grand-touring comfort.

    Driver-Focused Interior, Not Decorative Luxury

The cockpit of the Praga Bohema is compact, purposeful and designed around performance driving. Adjustable pedals, steering wheel and seating position allow the driver to sit low and secure, while high-quality Alcantara, leather and carbon details preserve the premium character expected from a modern hypercar.

Unlike many extreme track cars, the Bohema remains a true two-seat road-legal machine. It offers air conditioning, carefully considered ergonomics and usable details, while still maintaining the rawness and intensity that define its appeal.

Why This Praga Bohema Is Different

    • Track-First Concept: Engineered around lightweight performance, aerodynamic load and driver feedback.
    • 700 bhp Output: Strong power delivery from a compact twin-turbocharged V6 package.
    • Extreme Downforce: Up to 900 kg of aerodynamic load at 250 km/h.
    • Carbon Construction: Carbon monocoque and carbon-fiber body panels for rigidity and low weight.
    • Limited Production: One of only 89 planned Praga Bohema units worldwide.

    Private Track-Focused Acquisition

This Praga Bohema is intended for a collector or driver who wants more than visual presence. It is for someone who understands braking feel, tire temperature, aero balance and the difference between a fast car and a serious driving instrument.
