You are entitled under coonsumer rights to cancel your order, if you closed the contract as a consumer. A consumer is a natural person who has concluded a contract for a purpose outside his commerce or profession.
Right of Revocation
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date you place the order without giving specific reasons. The 14 days count from the day of contract closure.

Exemplary-Revocation Form (which is optional).
To ensure validity of the revocation you just need so send the revocation form before the cancellation term.
Consequences of the revocation:
Once you revoke the contract, we will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment including delivery costs (but excluding additional costs due to use of a different method of delivery other that our most inexpensive standard method of delivery) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.
If you asked that a service started during the revocation term, you have to pay us a due amount, according to the services fulfilled from the time of contract closure to the time you gave us notice of revocation about this contract.
